- Our unique “Try & Return” option allows you to try items at the doorstep while the delivery agent waits.
- If you don’t like the item, the agent will take it back instantly.
2. Standard Returns
- You can return items within 7 days of delivery.
- Items must be unworn and have original tags attached.
3. Exchanges
- You can request an exchange within 7 days of delivery.
- Our agent will pick up the original item and deliver the replacement.
4. Refunds
- Refunds are usually processed within 7–10 days after we receive your returned items.
- The amount is credited to your original payment method or app wallet, depending on your preference.

- Contact our support team via the app or phone.
- Returns can be initiated through the application, while exchanges require contacting support.
- Schedule a pickup or request “Try & Return” where applicable.
